SB-Online - Web service for students

Online functions are available to students for the organisation of their studies. In this self-service online portal you can use the following, among other things:

  • Change of address, change of contact details
  • View your fee account
  • Printout of certificates (master data sheet, study certificates, certificate according to § 9 BAföG)
  • Display of the current transcript of records
  • Exam registration and deregistration
  • Information about registered examinations
  • Online application

Registration takes place using the user name and password of the HS account (given to every student at the start of the degree programme).

Information on maintenance and unavailability

The self-service online service must be temporarily interrupted for maintenance work. In this case, you will see an error page. This planned maintenance takes place on Mondays between 7.30 am and 11 am. The interruptions normally last between 10 and 30 minutes.

If the service is unavailable for longer during the maintenance period or outside the maintenance period, there is a technical fault. If you notice such an unavailability, please contact us. Please use the ticket system or the addresses given on the error page in SB-Online.
