Admission restriction

NO - In degree programmes without admission restrictions, places are not limited. This means that all applicants who fulfil the admission requirements are admitted to the degree programme.

Admission requirements

Students with a Bachelor's degree (after seven semesters) or diploma in one of the following degree programmes:

  • Agricultural sciences or agricultural economics
  • Biotechnology or Food Technology
  • Nutritional sciences, ecotrophology or dietetics
  • or a similar degree programme

Students with a six-semester Bachelor's degree must have achieved 120 ECTS credits by the end of the Master's programme. The standard period of study is extended by one semester to a total of four semesters for these applicants.

International students must provide proof of sufficient German language skills (teaching languages are predominantly German and partly English).
