NO - Places are not limited on admission-free degree programmes. This means that all applicants who fulfil the admission requirements are admitted to the degree programme.

Admission requirements

Admission is granted to anyone who has passed the Bachelor's examination in a health, nursing, social and planning or administrative sciences degree programme with at least 210 ECTS credits* or an academic degree recognised as equivalent in accordance with § 10 RPO or who has obtained a Diplom degree in a health, nursing, social and planning or administrative sciences degree programme at a university in the Federal Republic of Germany

Admission to the Master's degree programme "Digitalisation and Social Structural Change" at Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences is subject to the following additional admission requirements:

  1. At least one year of professional experience in fields relevant to the degree programme.
  2. a relevant practical activity of at least 20 hours per week during the part-time degree programme.
  3. a letter of motivation, in which the special motivation for studying is also described.

* If the number of 210 ECTS cannot be proven, it is possible to acquire further ECTS by attending courses at the Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences or by crediting adequate achievements. Proof must be provided by the end of the 3rd semester at the latest and is specified as a condition in the letter of admission. In case of doubt, the Examination Board will decide whether the requirement has been fulfilled.
