Joint project QLeVer: Lehre vernetzt – Qualifizierung für Lehrende und Tutor*innen

Funded by the Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre (2025–2029)

Who or what is QLeVer?

QLeVer connects the University of Greifswald, University of Rostock, Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Stralsund University of Applied Sciences,
Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences, and the Rostock University of Music and Drama.
Together, we develop sustainable cross-location structures for innovative teaching and strategic teaching development.

The aim of the project is to strengthen the quality of higher education teaching across locations in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The project combines qualification based on common standards with collegial exchange and peer formats. In this way, teaching development that consistently brings together practice, reflection, and research is promoted on a sustainable basis.

Divided into a total of seven major goals, the Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences is responsible for the:

  1. development and planning of a festival of higher-/university-education at and for the universities of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern,

  2. design and conception of an annually announced state-wide teaching award, as well as

  3. establishment of a network of and for people interested in didactics.

You can find further information on the overview webpage of the University of Greifswald,
which is responsible for the overall project management.
