Prof Miriam Burzlaff (coaching, dealing with crises)
For many doctoral candidates, doctoral projects are associated with stress, worries, (self-)doubts, feelings of being overwhelmed, crises (in professional and private life or with the research material), etc. This often affects doctoral candidates from so-called non-academic households in particular. Doctoral students from so-called non-academic households are often particularly affected by this. Miriam Burzlaff, systemic counsellor and professor of social work methods with a focus on counselling, is available as a contact person at such times. Feel free to contact us to arrange an appointment for a confidential coaching or counselling session - even if things are "not quite bad yet" and you have a (writer's) block, for example, are struggling to structure your day-to-day work, lack motivation or don't know exactly how to integrate breaks. Prof Burzlaff can be contacted on 0395 5693-5115 and at burzlaffhs-nbde.
