How does individual online counselling work?
1. make an appointment
Make an appointment with the Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences Student Advisory Service by phone or email. (Link with mail programme and in the address list studienberatung@hs-nb.de)
2. platform selection
We use the secure and proven platform Webex for our online counselling. Simply click on the link provided to make an appointment.
3. technical requirements
PC/laptop with camera, microphone and speakers
If you would like to use Webex via a smartphone, you must download the app in advance.
4. confidential counselling
Your privacy is important to us. Our online counselling meets the highest data protection standards and your information will be treated confidentially.
5. follow up
Keep a digital record of important information and recommendations and arrange follow-up appointments if required.
How does the open online consultation work?
1. use our group counselling service for general questions every Wednesday from 11:00 to 12:00.
2. online counselling works via Webex, a powerful video conferencing platform that is easy to use.
