Support and Supervision

Supervision of Thesis Projects

In thesis projects, students have the opportunity to work on individual topics of their choice, as long as they align with the research priorities of the Professorship of Health Economics and Health Care Management. This encompasses a wide range of subjects, such as analyzing patient behavior, investigating patient preferences, assessing healthcare benefits, examining value assessment frameworks, and documenting decision analyses in healthcare.

The supervision of bachelor's and master's theses involves close collaboration. After submitting a exposé, which includes background information, research questions, methodology, expected results, and a discussion/outlook, the next steps are discussed jointly to ensure the best possible support for the work.

Supervision of Research Projects

At the beginning of each winter semester, master's students in the Deparment of Health, Care, and Management have the opportunity to participate in various research projects. These projects allow students to dive into the world of research and contribute to current research questions and projects.
